Friday, July 8

4-6pm         Traveling Program Golf Cart – Watch for the golf cart traveling through the camp areas with fun nature items. They will be passing out a fun craft kit!

6-7pm         Kids BINGO – Try your luck at BINGO at the Activity Center. Bring a full-size candy bar.

7-8pm         Adult BINGO – Try your luck at BINGO at the Activity Center. Bring a $2 gift.

9-11pm        Moonlight Kayak – Enjoy a kayak tour of Tappan Lake by the light of the full moon! Bring your own equipment or borrow ours. Boat, paddle, life jacket, and light provided. For ages 12 and up. Registration required at MWCD.ticketleap.com.

Saturday, July 9

9-10am        Breakfast with the Birds – Visit the Nature Center and watch the birds at the birdfeeders. Enjoy breakfast treats, coffee, and learn about Ohio’s birds!

11am-1pm    Butterfly Suncatcher Craft for Kids – Make your own suncatcher at the Nature Center. Plus learn about butterflies in Ohio and how suncatchers help the birds!

3pm            Bosler’s Bees – Stop by the Nature Center to make a fun craft with Bosler’s Bees!

5-6pm         Birdhouse Craft for Adults – Meet at the Nature Center to paint your own birdhouse gourd to hang at your campsite or in your backyard! While supplies last.

7pm            Evening Nature Hike – Meet near the boat ramp in Area 1 to hike the Deer Trail and look for birds, butterflies, and other exciting plants and animals! Be prepared for a natural surface trail by wearing hiking shoes/boots or sneakers. Kids must be accompanied by an adult.

Sunday, July 10

10am-12pm  Nature Center Open & Craft for All Ages – Explore the Nature Center and make a birdfeeder craft to take home!

1pm            Tappan Recycling – Have your aluminum cans by lot post by 1pm! All recycling benefits programs.
